How the Wodnub System Works

The Wodnub system works by assisting in relieving painful, tight muscles and joints using myofascial release and trigger point techniques. Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points. A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Using the Wodnub system can help ease this tension in your muscles and joints. This can help to reduce tightness and naturally improve mobility and relieve discomfort.

To use the Wodnub:
- Start by identifying the trouble area that's bothering you (front deltoid, shoulder blades, lats, hip, etc.).
- Insert the Wodnub of your choice into your rig at your desired height.
- Using your bodyweight, apply pressure to that area against the Wodnub. You can't always find the exact spot right away because they can be very small, so just keep moving your body around slightly against the Wodnub until you get into the correct position to find the problem spot.
- Once you've found that sweet spot, apply the appropriate pressure (it might hurt a little) while slightly moving up and down and side to side against the Wodnub.
